Janette Fluharty

Glass Half Full was born in 2020 after I received an Eli Lilly Teacher Creativity Grant.  A teacher since 1991, my dreams of starting a glass business began to take flight as I took classes and explored the world of fused glass thanks to the generosity of the Lilly Foundation.

My first exposure to glass was when my mother humored me, and we took a stained-glass class together.  After I received my Lilly grant, I stepped into the world of fused glass and haven't looked back.
