Terms and Conditions:

Event will be held rain or shine. If you need to cancel a full refund minus $5.00 will be given before July 1. No refund for cancelling after that date.

I am aware that my name and/or photo may appear in event related advertising, including but not limited to printed materials, social media, websites and signage.
​
Your work will hang at the Gallery from August 10 through September 17. You have the option of selling your artwork during this time. If your artwork sells you will get the sale price less 15% (30% if it sells after September 17) for the Gallery to cover any credit card fees and wrapping of the artwork for the buyer.
​
Work may be picked up if not sold the evening of September 17, through gallery hours September 18 to September 30. After that date, the painting becomes the property of GOTS.

I agree to hold harmless Gallery on the Square, LLC, or building owner, Bill Wright, responsible or liable for any accidental damage to my artwork including fire, flood, or any natural disasters that might occur.

*PROFESSTIONAL: One who is trained or has studied beyond high school and has a degree in art and/or has had work accepted in one or more major juried shows, i.e. Hoosier Salon, Indiana Heritage Arts, etc., and/or has been accepted into an established Gallery and/or earned their living entirely or partially (over $600 per year) with their art. This may include those that teach art in school or workshops.
