People's Choice Awards
During the announcement of the People’s Choice awards, a special Tribute Award was given in memory of one of Gallery on the Square’s charter members, Marti McCoy, who recently passed away.
The Beta Chapter of Tri Kappa was the donor with several members present, along with Marti’s son, Mike and his daughter, Sammi, holding the watercolor painting by Brad Fields. Marti was well-known for her whimsical watercolors.
Marti was a member of Tri Kappa, a state philanthropic organization, for over 60 years.
Other Plein Air people’s choice awards went to: professional, Lynne Dunnavant; non-professional, Pam Anter; teen, Kriston Titus, and youth Malachi Catt.
